自從好幾年前路過偶然住一次，後續到樂昌就首選碧桂園鳳凰酒店。酒店的服務給人的感覺非常好，從前台到樓層工作人員都很熱情周到，我們一家帶着小孩，酒店主動安排升級大房間、加房間用品，吃早餐也主動給小孩折扣。另外酒店的中餐館也很好吃🙂

1.裝修一般般，電視機賊小且不能關閉屏幕🖥️否則沒有無線網絡可用。
2.所處樓層有陽台可晾曬衣物，如遇雨天屋頂排水管會滴水沒什麼用！視野低不太好看不到什麼風景，
3.房間隔音不好，空調外機轟轟聲很吵，走廊過道有吵鬧聲也能清晰聽到（´▽｀）
4.冰箱鎖着想冰些水果飲料都不行！

酒店有一定年代，但是各方面都很好，前台的麥姐姐很熱情，看到一家三口出門主動給我們升級房型，添置多一份牙刷拖鞋等，也主動幫我們把行李推上去，超級好的，房間也是有大陽台的房間，每次回來樂昌必住鳳凰酒店，5樓在升級改造，期待改造完成的酒店
